BumbleBee Stew Recipe?

I used to eat at J.Gumbo, but they closed down. Among other recipes that I enjoyed, the BumbleBee Stew was one of the best. Does anyone know of any Similar recipes, or CopyCats even. Doesn't have to have the same name. :) thanks
