I am looking to go fishing in the delaware river help please?(need answer today)?

tomorrow i will be going to center city philly i just wanted to know where is the nearest access point is that i could fish from there. Also is my regular PA fresh water license fine to fish this water. I was looking to catch strippers if that's possible at this location and time, i needed to know if this was possible and what baits would work to catch them.. any other advice will be greatly appreciated.
