Where can i find auditions?

I am 13, I move around alot. Up near philly and NYC during the summa and down in tn,al, and ga during the school year. I already landed apart in a web-series on my first audition and im trying to find more jobs.Does any one know where i can find an acting job? I am an actress, model, singer, and practicing to be a dancer. Any info will be helpful.
