How to deal with copycat friend?

OK, soo theres this girl and shes SUUPPPPEEERRR annoying. Like she is mean and she copies off of everyone. We try to tell her what she is doing, and she says she'll change, but she never does. She has the loudest mouth and she even tried to steal my boyfriend once. She is copying everything me and my other friends do. What do we do???
