Should I move to Pitt, Philly, or Cleveland?

Im graduating from a community college and want to move to one of these cities.If you have any other cities im mind let me know. Im interested in Low Cost of Living, Job Market, and sports. Idont care how successful the team is as long as they have passionate fans its ok with me
