How to get from ACY to Philly?

I need to get to Philly but my plane lands in Jersey (ACY). Does the airport offer local buses (SEPTA, NEW JERSEY TRANSIT ETC.) that travel to Philadelphia for a cheap cost? I'm trying to avoid costly taxi rides and any shuttle services. My destination once arriving in Philly would possibly be to arrive at 30th street station, fern rock, or near chelthenham mall. I need EASY as cheap as possible options. Thanks in advance.
