Confused about a girl...help please! (preferably girls)?

So I think I'm falling in love with this girl and I know she has feelings for me but every time I try to hang out with her she is always busy. She always tells me how cute I am and that I make her smile and laugh all the time. I have told her that I have feelings for her and I want to be more than friends but I kinda feel like she's sending mixed signals and it's confusing me...anybody got any advice?
