How often this happens in China that one copycat accuses another copycat of intellectual property violation?

I consider this NOT common, but a pleasant development of unfettered capitalism within a perverted system. Perhaps it's really just a PR ploy by both of those corrupt companies. I wonder how much they paid to get their names in the newspapers...
