How to make Potbelly's sandwich rolls?

There is a restaurant where I live (DC area) called Potbelly's (don't know if it's elsewhere). They have very good bread they use for their subs (I'm talking about the regular not whole-wheat). Does anyone know where I could find a copycat recipe? My husband has tried finding it without luck. I'd like to figure out how to make it at home. Thanks!
