Is 14 too young to get a tattoo?

If you could find an artist willing to tattoo a 14 year old, they aren't a very honest business. If this tattoo really does mean something to you, you'll still want it when you're sixteen or seventeen. You'll have learned and grown a lot by then and you'll know for sure if getting the tattoo is the right choice if you've wanted it for a while and had no doubts or changed your mind. Believe me, I waited two years to make sure mine was what i really wanted and it was worth it. :)
