KFC fried chicken and coleslaw...................?

Yes, there's lots of copycat recipe websites. Nearly all of the KFC chicken recipes are bad, wrong, and mostly copied from eachother, because I've looked at many of them and tried the variations. KFC chicken isn't only a recipe, it's a cooking process that involves pressure deep frying, which is difficult and dangerous to do at home, since KFC has specialized fryers that are made for them. The closest recipe for KFC original is a simple flour, egg dip, flour+salt+pepper+Accent MSG, for chicken that has been brined in advance. The 11 herbs and spices don't really matter much at all, I found, although more spices such as ground anise, paprika, and such don't hurt.
