My friend doesn't like my new crush.?

My old crush asked a girl to a dance recently and then a new boy came. He is alot like my old crush who my friends supported. But one of my other friends like him and they think they're a perfect match. when I sort of admitted I liked him they thought I was crazy and he's not like me at all, most thought I was a copycat. :(
