I'm doing a report about people from Philly, and I need help.?

Well, basicly i want to know how they act, dress, etc. Girls, and boys I'm doing a report on their culture. I go to Philly sometimes, but only to see my relatives. Yes, I know they aren't great people (not saying I am either) but I would like to know bad & good things that you know about them, and the way they dress.
