Is there a term for 'copycat' personality disorders?

These symptoms in and of themselves do not sound characteristic of a specific recognized personality disorder (there are 10 in the DSM). This very likely could be a combination of pathologies that result in this behavior, and I feel there are probably several different paths to this result. He could have Histrionic personality disorder if it seems like the behavior is geared towards getting attention from others. It could be some kind of psychotic disorder or thought disturbance like (but not limited to) schizophrenia. Perhaps a combination of the two. There might be some autistic spectrum in there too. But this behavior in and of itself doesn't actually have a name.
